COMMON QUESTIONS
How long does a typical detail take?
Most full details take between 3–5 hours, depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Smaller services like an exterior wash or interior refresh are usually quicker, while deep cleans or paint correction can take longer.
How often should I get my car detailed?
We recommend a full detail every 2–3 months to maintain your vehicle’s appearance and protect surfaces. Lighter maintenance services in between can help your car stay cleaner for longer.
What’s the difference between a car wash and detailing?
A car wash is a quick clean of the exterior, while detailing is a thorough cleaning and reconditioning of both the inside and outside of your vehicle. Detailing also includes specialized services like shampooing carpets, polishing paint, and applying protective coatings.
How do I keep my car clean after detailing?
We’ll give you aftercare tips tailored to your service—like avoiding automatic car washes after a coating or using the right cleaning products to maintain results.
Do you use safe cleaning products?
Yes, we use professional-grade, pH-balanced products that are safe for your vehicle’s surfaces. We avoid harsh chemicals that could damage your paint, upholstery, or trim.
What is paint correction?
Paint correction is the process of removing imperfections in your vehicle’s clear coat — including swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, and hazing — using machine polishing and professional techniques. It restores depth, gloss, and clarity to your paint.
Will paint correction fix all scratches?
Paint correction can remove or greatly reduce light to moderate surface scratches, but deep scratches that have penetrated the clear coat or base paint may still be visible. We’ll assess your vehicle to set the right expectations before we begin.
Is paint correction safe for my vehicle?
Yes — when done by trained professionals. We use advanced tools and precise techniques to correct the paint without compromising the integrity of your clear coat.
Do I need a ceramic coating or PPF after paint correction?
We highly recommend it. After correction, your paint is at its best — applying a ceramic coating or PPF will protect that finish and make it easier to maintain long-term.
How long does a paint correction take?
A paint correction can take anywhere from 4 to 10+ hours depending on the condition of the paint and the level of correction required. A one-step correction typically takes 4–6 hours, while a two-step may take 8–12 hours or more.
